The chiropractor behind the pillow

Meet Dr. Jason Loth.

A sports chiropractor who wanted a pillow he could adjust for both side and back sleeping.

After personally trying dozens of pillows, Dr. Loth set out to combine a contoured shape with fill that each sleeper could fine-tune. That idea became the patented, three-chamber SpineAlign Pillow.

A personal question

Could one contoured pillow offer an adjustable fit for different bodies—and both side and back sleeping?

Education and background are drawn from SpineAlign’s published media kit. These details describe his background, not a promise of individual results.

From an idea to your pillow

Shape sets the starting point.
You refine the fit.

The two outer chambers accommodate side sleeping; the lower center cradle is for your back. A zipper on each chamber lets you remove or redistribute small amounts of fill.

Your shoulder width, mattress and preferred sleep position guide the adjustment. Start small, test the change, and keep any removed fill.
