Find your starting position.
Try the higher edge (the logo side) if you’re around 5′7″ or taller; try the lower edge if you’re shorter. This is a starting point—not a rule. Choose what feels comfortable for your build.
On your side: use an outer chamber.
On your back: settle into the center cradle.
- Open your chosen chamber. Use the zipper on the back of the pillow.
- Make a small change. Remove a little fill to lower the loft, or redistribute it for a different feel.
- Close it and try your position. Check that your head isn’t tipped noticeably up or down.
- Keep the extra fill. Save it in a clean bag and add some back whenever you need more support.

Materials & dimensions
A polyester outer fabric with white mesh side panels and shredded polyurethane foam fill. Each of the three rear chambers has its own zipper. Approximately 24″ × 17″ × 5″; loft changes as you adjust the fill.
How to adjust the fit
Choose the higher or lower edge based on your build. Use the outer zones for side sleeping and the center for back sleeping. Remove or redistribute small amounts of fill until your head and neck feel comfortably supported. Keep removed fill for future adjustments.
Cleaning & pillowcases
Spot-clean with mild soap and water and allow to air dry completely. Do not machine wash or dry. A roomy king-size pillowcase helps preserve the contour.
Is this for stomach sleepers?
No. The Spine Align Pillow is designed specifically for side and back sleepers.

Pillow takes longer than I expected to decompress, but once it was fully formed the pillow was great! I wasn't sure how long to expect it to decompress. It might be helpfully to share how long to expect it will take the pillow to fully form.
