Before requesting a return

Use and adjust your pillow for at least 30 nights before requesting a return. Returns before 30 nights incur a 25% restocking fee. Our adjustment guide can help you find your starting point.

Starting a return

Contact info@spinealign.com with your order number within 60 nights of delivery. Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping.

Return conditions

The pillow must be free from stains, tears, washing-machine damage and other misuse. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once approved, send the pillow back within two weeks to remain eligible for a refund.
